Dr. Denis Kibira

Denis Kibira heads Dumaic Global Health organization (DGH) and is the National coordinator of the Medicines Transparency Alliance MeTA-Uganda. He was previously the Executive Director for HEPS-Uganda and the regional coordinator for Health Action International. He is a pharmaceutical policy analyst and health systems researcher with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, public health, and strategic planning.
