Denis Kibira heads Dumaic Global Health organisation (DGH) and is the National coordinator of the Medicines Transparency Alliance MeTA-Uganda. His research and advocacy work of over 18years has influenced global, regional and national health and pharmaceutical policy. He has overseen more than 50 national research activities, several involving national household and health facilities, led over 50 projects including project evaluations with WHO, USAID, PEPFAR, DFID. He has consulted for several organisations including WHO,UNDP, MSF, HAI. He has a Bachelor of Pharmacy (1st class), an MBA (Distinction), Advanced Health Management Program from the School of Public Health of Yale University and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation from Utrect University in the Netherlands.
